The Persian version of ” Sahib Qiran ” engraved on the plaque of these earrings refers to an ancient title given to someone born during the alignment of Venus and Jupiter. Over time, it came to be associated with distinguished scholars, poets, ministers, and even kings, with Naser al-Din Shah being the last to hold this title, and his palace in Niavaran becoming famous as Sahebqaranieh.
